- Child below 5 years: Free
- Child aged 5 to 8: Half price

Payment Policy
- 1. Booking is confirmed upon receiving an advance payment of 30% of the total tour amount.
- 2. 40% of the total tour amount must be paid at least 7 days before the trip starts.
- 3. The remaining 30% payment can be made during the trip or before as per the customer's choice, but no credit will be entertained.
- 4. Once the advance payment is done, it is non-refundable but can be adjusted towards a future tour plan within one year.
General Policies
- 1. In case of any climate disaster or natural event, no extra cost will be borne by us.
- 2. Exclusions mentioned in the package will not be provided by us; extra costs will be charged as per the rate.
- 3. Inclusions will be provided as per the itinerary mentioned in the package.
- 4. If any customization is requested by the customer, any extra cost will be added to the total package rate.
- 5. The selected tour agent will conduct the full tour as per their responsibility. We provide the service of choosing a better tour plan, support, and consultation before and after the tour.

Tour Event Terms and Conditions
- 1. All tours are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator.

- 3. The tour operator reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour if necessary, without prior notice. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided as deemed appropriate.
